Distillation System
Our Distillation Systems separate mixtures based on differences in their respective volatilities in a boiling liquid mixture. Distillation process is a physical separation process and not a chemical reaction. Commercially, distillation system is used to separate crude oil into more fractions for specific uses such as transport, power generation and heating. Distillation system also used to remove impurities such as salt from seawater. Air is distilled to separate components like oxygen, nitrogen, and argon for industrial use. Further, distillation of fermented solutions is done to produce distilled beverages with a higher alcohol content. The distillation system offered by us contain specially designed internals, which provide timely and cost-effective separation of components in a solution. Computer simulation and pilot plant facility of our firm ensure an empirical setting to test the efficiency of our products and enable us to incorporate further refinements.
